All bed linen is supplied along with towels and tea towels. There is a caretaker at the property who will let you in and supply keys etc.

Payment details: A deposit of 30% is required within 10 days of making the reservation. The balance will be due 42 days before arrival. For last minute reservations of 29 days or less before your arrival date, the total cost of the rental is payable within 10 days of making your reservation. A key and property deposit of €150 in cash is required upon arrival and will be refunded with surrender of the keys and certification that the property is in good order upon departure. Payment can be made by PayPal (click here to register and pay) If you prefer, payment can also be made by check. CANCELLATIONS:The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations received 43 days or more prior to arrival date: 10% of rental fees.
• Cancellations received between 42 and 29 days prior to arrival date: 50% of rental fees.
• Cancellations received between 28 and 10 days prior to arrival date: 80% of rental fees.
• Cancellations received 10 or less prior to arrival date: 100% of rental fees
